Jeffrey R. LaGrasso, MD

Dr. Harold Friedman has been with University Plastic Surgery for the past 22 years. He has extensive experience with both saline and silicone breast implants. He has also performed research and published scientific papers on biomedical devices like breast implants. Dr. Friedman will share his knowledge regarding the new silicone breast implants just approved for use by the FDA.

Dr. Jeffrey LaGrasso recently joined the Division of Plastic Surgery. He received his plastic surgical training in New York and in Los Angeles at the Specialty Surgical Center in Beverly Hills, Cedars Sinai Medical Center and the Children’s Hospital. Dr. LaGrasso incorporates the newest approaches to breast enhancement including endoscopic trans-axillary and trans-umbilical augmentation. These procedures minimize the operative scar and achieve the most desired result for breast enlargement and breast lift.
