To apply for membership, please open, fill out, and then print the application. You may either bring it to the next meeting or mail in your application to NPFGC, P. O. Box 1063, Irmo, SC 29063 with your yearly dues.

Membership in NPFGC includes:

• quarterly Continuing Education Dinner Programs
• inclusion in the Pictorial Membership Directory located on our website,
• opportunity to have a web page(s) created/hosted for your and/or your practice,
• an invitation to the state-wide NPFGC Annual Educational Workshop for Nurse Practitioners,
• privilege to actively seek election on the Board of Directors, and
• an online access to current career opportunities on our web site that are only available to our members to access.
